One of our recent donations included $200 to a local fundraiser (The Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at OHSU and Doernbecher Children's Hospital) to help children born with cleft palates and craniofacial abnormalities get the surgeries they need to repair their congenital defects.
Some of you also might be surprised to learn that in addition to running this busy business, the owner, Tatyana, volunteers 4 hours a week to a Hospice organization in Portland providing respite care to dying individuals and their families.
It is a feeling like no other to help those in need. We highly suggest this practice to anyone. Go on, try it.....you might LIKE it! Help make the world a better place for all.
