First is the
"Little Darling" blouse, which has too many cute details to list. Cute cap sleeves, and buttons up the front with a flattering lower cut neckline. Fitted style looks adorable tucked in or out. Lucky 13 embroidery at the hem. Cotton spandex blend, made in the USA.
The coordinating
Red with Polka Dot Ruffle skirt is mid-length, asymmetrical with a flouncy ruffle hem. Features a satin rose which is removable.
