New from Lucky 13 Clothing! A darling new top and ruffle skirt from Lucky 13 Clothing! First is the Saucy Blouse with a removable candy stripe pin. Stretch cotton poplin top buttons up the front, can be worn tucked in or out, and looks great with jeans!

But it looks extra darling with the Follow Me Skirt which has a sheer, candy striped ruffle hem that flounces when you walk. The skirt gathers to one side for an asymmetrical line, and features an star and anchor embroidery on the hip.
