This is a great dress if you're a little bit bottom-heavy for a few reasons-- the high-ish waist creates emphasis at your smallest part with a black band. The skirt then flows away from the body, de-emphasizing the hips and rear end. And the bold, wide collar draws attention to the face and brings balance to the upper and lower half.
