This gorgeous dress is made out of a poly fabric with a nice swishy, silky drape to it. The belt is included. (It is actually sewn into the sides of the dress) Classic 1940's era styling. 3/4 sleeves trimmed in black; Dress comes with a large Black Rose floral brooch/pin which you can wear at the center of the bodice at the bottom of the V-neck, as pictured, or without. We especially love the vintagey peach color of the bodice.
